    Simple menu.

    So good. Fresh! Bouncy! I mean, this is their namesake and it definitely lives up to it :) Prices are fair and portions are hefty. Usually after eating noodles, I feel really full and heavy, but it wasn't the case here.

    For meats/toppings, we got the house special (A1) which came with a bit of everything. The only one I don't recommend is the lamb. Everything else is excellent!

    Amazing flavor to the amazing soup.

    The smell coming out of thos place made me finish what errands and walk all the way back to eat here.
    Well worth all the walking to get back.
    The hand pull noodle was a first for me. Noodles were a tad "heavy" on the stomach, but not overly so.

    Will be returning for sure. More items to try from the menu for certain.

    Outstanding Xin style noodles. Handmade noodles, thick or thin. The broth is flavorful and balanced. Beef is the way to go.
    Toppings are sparse but good, it's all about noodles here.

    The place is small and not really good for a large group. Great spot for flying solo.

    Really tasty hand pulled noodles.  The best hand pulled noodles in Forest Hills.  I have gone there a few times.  The place is kind of small and your clothes will smell like the food because they don't have adequate ventilation.  We have found that this is an excellent takeout option in Forest Hills.  They gave us a free dumpling dish because our order was over $50.

    Delicious noodles fresh made in the open kitchen behind the cashier. Good portions. Decent prices. Friendly service. So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. Adds diversity and culture.
